Ukraine War, security balance of Europe and strategy of defense for Europe

Dear Primeministers M. Andersson and S. Marin, Ministers of Sweden and Finnland, Presidents and members of The European Union, The European Council and OSZE , 

Since decades of freedom and prosperity unfortunately we are nowadays again in times of war in Europe. It is the result of the destruction of the European security balance to the provocating disadvantage of Russia, although guaranteed in the Nato - Russia – contract. 

For years we all have failed in finding political solutions to end this desaster. 

Especially Finnland and Sweden – in remembrance to the engagement of Olaf Palme in the cold war and the final signature of the  Helsinki negotations on the ! 1. August ! 1975 for the dekalog of the member states  – have a long tradition in deescalating strategies . 

We all should follow this without a rollback in supporting a wardesaster only out of  a miltäristic point of view : it woutl higher the risks for using tactical atomic weapans !  

A membership of Finnland und Sweden in the NATO /OTAN at that time would also increase the  provokation against Russia with the risks for enlarging this war over whole  Europe. There are already other options for comon security existing !    

The US GB -Imperium is obviously interested in realising their one -world government policy with the strategy of the pentagon near thintank „RAND“ for engaging Russia on a broad scale, including deterrence in Europe and managing Moscow’s involvement in the Middle East, Asia, and post-Soviet Eurasia in Amid Resource Constraints for weakening and blaming Russia for war crimes to start the 3. World war for an govenment change in Russia and China by instrumentalising the Ukraine and Europe for it .

Because of my great concerns about the future of Europe I would ask you all for starting unlimited and serious negotiations with all involved states for regaining  freedom in Europe before it is too late !
